The room was huge plus the staff was service-minded. Absolutely breathtaking view of sea. Walking distance to the clean beach.
-
The staff was phenomenal, the beds were fine, and the room was particularly good. The hotel's setting was secluded. Restaurant was average. Good value in a well placed venue.

It became my favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Staff were amiable and also I loved my stay.

PERFECT LOCATION. GARDEN AREA was very nice and quiet
Dark room, no fresh air, bathroom was very small, little storage space for clothes

The location of the hotel is top, French Quarter, you are right in the Bourbon Street, . and yet quiet. Nice pool. Room service.

The best thing that could have happened to us in New Orleans. Will go there again anytime. Well located in the French Quarter not too close to Berben Street but only 200 meters away. Fantastic pool. Good hotel restaurant. You can really feel the former French charm.

When we arrived to our room on Thursday I was walking through and stepped on a large/thick nail, it was industrial size. When we went downstairs as we were leaving for our event that night I informed the front desk and I gave them the nail. They didn't offer us any kind of compensation for it, all they did was ask if I was ok. Then that night we decided to go down to the snack shop at 11:00 P.M. and the night front desk clerk was extremely rude to us. I think his name was Tim, we didn't know the snack shop closed early. He pretty much treated us like we were some couple that walked in off the street wanting food, all we wanted was a water and ice cream and no we had not been drinking that night. The hot tub was also shut down the two nights we were there and we wanted to go relax in it both nights. Then as were were checking out after our 2 nights, we were charged almost $200 more for the stay then what I booked the room for, I had to show the front desk my conformation so she would belive us. I will never choose this hotel again!!

Salt water pool!
The rooms are small and parking is really expensive. It may be a better idea to valet there the first night and walk around looking for a cheaper parking situation, then move your car! It could save you $15 a day!
